Only emails invited by the Broker of Record are activated — new accounts confirm by email first.
Your deal saves on this device as you work and reaches the brokerage only when you submit it in step 4. Leave blank anything you can’t confirm; the brokerage completes the file.

2Check what was read — fix anything blank or wrong
Auto-filled values come from the signed package; verify them against the documents. Your split with the brokerage is already on file — it is never entered here.

3Confirm the package contents
Tick everything this submission includes. Files attached in step 1 pre-tick their matches — adjust freely. When the Broker of Record imports your deal, these tick off the brokerage's compliance checklist automatically, so you won't be chased for documents you already sent.

4Submit to the brokerage — required
Every deal must be submitted here — this is how the brokerage receives your file. Your signed PDFs go straight into the brokerage's private vault and the deal lands in the Broker of Record's inbox for review.
This copy is connected to the Broker Office window that opened it (preview, or the broker entering a deal directly).

Your package is in the brokerage's private vault and the deal is flagged in the Broker of Record's review queue. Track it on the My deals tab — status updates land there live.
Send the SIGNED listing package and the key dates. The Broker of Record reviews and approves the file before anything goes on MLS — the 2-business-day entry clock starts at the last signature, so send this the same day.

Where the brokerage sends your commission payouts. Only you and the Broker of Record can see this. The broker verifies it against a void cheque or direct-deposit form before the first payout — this page records the details, it never moves money.
Payouts will be made payable to the corporation, so the banking above should be the corporation's account. Your payout includes the HST on your share — the corporation collects it and remits it to CRA itself; the brokerage records the corporation's HST number because CRA requires the supplier's registration number on disbursement records.
None on file yet.
